OUTLAW TALK
WITH RUSS CLARK
The Honorable Russell T. Clark was born and raised in a military family. Relocating to new communities and states every few years gave him insight as to the type of location he would want to call home and raise a family. In 1994, Russ pursued an opportunity that would bring him to Yuma, the city that he has called home ever since. Russ, along with his wife, Ginny, purchased a local business and moved their two young children to Yuma.
Since then, Russ has established himself as a local community leader through the growth of his businesses to some of the most productive in the Southwest and through his community involvement. Russ has served Yuma County with positions on many local boards including the Chamber of Commerce, the Hospital Operating Board for Yuma Regional Medical Center and the Colorado Tea Party. He has also been recognized as an advocate for the local community by sharing his viewpoints openly on his radio program over the last ten years and supporting candidates seeking office locally and statewide. Russ was elected to the Yuma County Board of Supervisors in 2012 and is currently in his first term.
Russ is a graduate of Delaware State University, earning a B.S. in Business with a minor in Accounting. The young children that Russ and Ginny brought to Yuma are now grown. Robert is a Captain in the U.S. Air Force and Kathryn works in hospitality management in Tucson.
